My son was looking to move out and wanted to buy a house vs wasting money on rent. I

Fast forward, my son is now in his first home, which he bought under asking price, even though
there was another bidder. Additionally, Sandy negotiated the buyer make an additional $5k in
repairs. Overall, the process was seamless, and my son couldn’t be happier.
It’s not everyday that you need to buy or sell a home, in our case, we were selling a family
home. From start to finish, Sandy stood by our side helping with the smallest questions (how to
unlock the ‘lock box’) to assisting us with Certificate of Occupancy, Negotiations, Closing
questions, etc. You need someone by your side, like Sandy, to help remove the stressors that
come along with selling a home. Sandy was always a phone call, text or email away and always
prompt! She and Frank are so very professional, knowledgeable and personable, I felt truly
lucky we worked with them.
